Brookfarm supports Rainforest Rescue
Our customers have helped us save important land that borders the Daintree Rainforest in Northern Queensland. Brookfarm donates a percentage of profits from sales of our Walkabout Mix (our new fruit, chocolate and nut mix) and our Brookfarm Bars to the buyback and restoration of rainforest in the Daintree. Many years ago poor planning meant that pristine rainforest land was sold to private developers. We have enabled Rainforest Rescue to buy back this land, saving it from commercial development. The land forms part of a crucial corridor used by the endangered Cassowary Bird. Brookfarm is an active supporter of Rainforest Rescue. www.rainforestrescue.org.au
