This months favourite is Napa Valley USA based Cookbook Author & fabulous Chef Sally James

"When I moved to the USA, I really had no idea where my culinary career was going to go.  I do know, however, that I didn’t want to give up cooking with and enjoying many of the wonderful foods that had become part of my life in Australia.

As I continued to write cookbooks, and attend both consumer and trade events as a guest chef, I was always searching for Australian ingredients to show off from my country.  So what a joy to meet Pamela and Martin Brook soon after I moved here!

Not only did both my husband and I fall immediately in love with this fun, passionate, energetic couple with infectious enthusiasm, I found an Australian range of products I thought was outstanding. Now, not only do I grab any chance to use their lines when I do television or demonstrations, their products line my shelves at home.

The Lemon Myrtle Oil gets nearly a daily workout, whether on dressings or drizzles over just about anything, I crumble the Bush Pepper Nuts over risotto or through burgers and their Muesli is a staple! But most importantly, I always know they are going to be the finest quality and always fresh – it’s like a big Pamela and Martin smile shining right out of their packaging! "
