Gluten Free Muesli that doesn’t taste like cardboard.
Our Gluten Free Macadamia Muesli has won many awards including
the Silver Medal at the UK Great Tastes awards plus a silver and bronze
medals at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Competition.
Over 17 gluten free ingredients have been blended with a dark rich
unprocessed bush honey, then oven baked. Pam Brook, the creator of
Brookfarms Gluten Free Muesli took over 12 months to create re-fine and
source the high quality ingredients.
The recipe includes protein rich puffed Buckwheat from Queensland*, which is actually a fruit not a grain.
Other ingredients include ,wholesome rice Bran, this provides a
excellent source of Dietary Fiber, Thiamin, Niacin and Vitamin B6,.
Amaranth, its iron content is five times more than wheat. It contains
two times more calcium than milk, succulent dried apricots from the
Murrumbidgee and sultanas and currents from the Barossa, plus
Brookfarm’s own macadamias, grown on the Byron Hinterland
At Brookfarm we believe it is not enough to produce healthy nutritious
food, the customers have to taste the difference. Our mission was to
create a Gluten Free muesli that was full of flavour and didn’t
taste like cardboard
Recent studies have shown a sizable increase in the number of people who are Gluten intolerant.
Brookfarms Gluten Free Muesli is available in, 350 gm and 1 kg. Duble
laminated - sealed bags. The shelf life on the Gluten Free Mueslis is
12 months.
