Why are our nuts different?

We only using the best quality premium whole macadamia nuts

Our product is GM free
•
We lightly coat our nuts in pure premium grade macadamia oil and oven
roast them. We do not use; cotton seed oil (bleached and chemically
treated and Genetically Modified) coconut oil (bleached and chemically
treated) or Palm Oil ( bleached and chemically treated) or expeller
presssed Canola Oil (bleached and chemically treated and Genetically
Modified).

We use the highest quality 100% pure crystalline Australian Ocean Sea
salt. It is a totally natural product, no chemicals are used. The deep
ocean salt contains 50% less sodium than a normal salt.

We source all our spices from Australian growers; the only exception is
the premium Kashmiri Chilli Powder

We vacuum pack in a double laminated foil bag, this ensures the
freshness of our product, and gives us an 18-month shelf life.
Storage
suggestion: Once opened any remaining nuts should be stored in a sealed
jar in the fridge to guarantee maximum taste and freshness.

These premium quality macadamia nuts have been oven roasted with pure,
deep ocean salt from the sparkling blue waters of the Great Australian
Bight and delicious Brookfarm Premium grade macadamia oil.
Brookfarm’s sun ripened Macadamias are cholesterol free and
the world richest source of monounsaturates, important in a healthy
diet.
Our unique roasting method brings out the nutty sweet flavour of the
macadamias and the vacuum sealing means when you open our packets the
flavour and crunch is as fresh as the day they were baked. These
macadamias will satisfy the most discerning of gourmet
palates.
The Roasted and Salted are our most popular
nuts. These nuts are great anytime, ideal for picnics and with cool
afternoon drinks. On a hot day serve alongside a Lemon Lime and Bitters
with crushed ice – simply delicious.
The crunchy texture and sweet nutty flavour are the perfect
accompaniment with a crisp Australian White wine, champagne or beer.

These macadamia nuts have been oven roasted with the finest red
Kashmiri chilli, pure deep ocean salt and delicious macadamia oil.
Spicy with a fresh chilli tang.
Chilli powder for some unknown reason is not produced in Australia,
although we grow world class chillies. We use Kashmiri chilli, which is
a vibrant red Indian chilli. Once roasted the spice gives our
macadamias a beautiful colour and a complex caramelised chilli flavour.
They have a ‘chilli rating’ of 7/10 on the heat
scale.
These nuts give an instant chilli hit that doesn’t overstay
it’s welcome. It will appeal to all lovers of fine nuts and
spices. Ideal as a pre-dinner snack. Brilliant with cold drinks.
