Registration
You will need to register to use our online shopping facility. Once you have entered an order in your shopping cart you will be taken to the registration page which must be completed before we can process your order.
Payment Methods
All website prices are in Australian dollars. We accept payment via a secure National Australia Bank site.This site is free for consumers, and works seamlessly with your existing credit or debit card. We do not retain your credit card details once payment is complete.
Delivery and Handling
We ship Australia wide with TNT and Australia Post. We deliver using receipted receival. If you are not at home a card will be left. If you wish your parcel to be left please leave instructions in the comments field of the checkout screen. Freight cost is $15 per shipment throughout Australia. We currently do not ship online store orders outside Australia.
Lead Time
We endeavour to process and ship orders within 3 working days. We bake our products to order to ensure you have the freshest product. If delays are expected we will email you with the details. Orders placed outside office hours will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on a weekend will not be processed until the next business day. .
Out of Stock Items
We endeavour to list 'out of stock' items on our website. Occasionally, during busy periods we may run out of a product before we have the chance to update our website.If you have ordered an out of stock item we will contact you to see if you would like a replacement product or wait until the product is back in stock.
Returns Policy
In the event of receiving damaged or incorrect goods, notification must be given via email to onlinestore@brookfarm.com.au or phone us on 02 66209500 within 24 hours of receipt of goods for credit or replacement.
Privacy Policy
Brookfarm will store personal details only to keep subscribers up to date via our opt-in subscription newsletter.
It is not the policy of Brookfarm to sell or exchange personal details.
Your details will be kept solely for the purpose of subscription updates, you will be removed if requested.
